Culinary entrepreneur Aya Yamamoto and illustrator Yoshiko Noda combined their powers to create this playfully illustrated menu where you can discover the gastronomic culture of Japan. Born in Tokyo, Aya grew up in Milan and has learned to love and appreciate the cuisine of both cultures. After attending university in London, she returned to Milan to establish Gastronomia Yamamoto, an eatery where you can enjoy the same dishes that are served during lunch or dinner in a Japanese family home.
