Transform everyday leftovers into a natural ink and explore its potential as a tool for mapping presence. Through scent, touch, and gesture, participants will create ritual recipes, each one a marker in a shared map of experience. Join us to write, share, and begin the recipe exchange experience.
The Recipe Exchange is a four-part workshop that invites participants to rethink recipes as pathways for rituals and shared experiences. Central to this exploration is the figure of the “recipient” –the Other, the counterpart– and the question of how passing on recipes can create spaces of exchange and togetherness. Across sessions, participants create recipes to guide a feeling or ritual, pass them on to others who reinterpret or transform them, and explore new artistic, craft, or food-based techniques as starting points for recipe-making. This circular exchange weaves together stories, gestures, and practices. The series culminates in a publication collecting the recipes and reflections generated throughout the collective process.
